If you didn't see the programme tonight then check out the website -the report will be on there. You'll see a flat which has walls and ceilings covered in mould (we have at least 9 flats like this) which an independent surveyor and BBC Watchdog's surveyor say is due to the flat roof being in very poor condition (it's also uninsulated) . However ,RMG say it's just condensation and we need to ventilate out properties better. We are already keeping our windows open and we have rotting windows and poorly fitting /draughty front doors -how much more can we do! If you have a good case Watchdog are waiting for you. They will instruct a debt collection agency to take you to court in the end unless you pay. As we are doing the work we are paying this outfit to do I have advised them in writing that I will be invoicing for my time in future at a rate of 120 per hour. In our attempts to do so they refuse to communicate with us to enable this change to take place. In the mean time they continue to take their fees but are not providing any services.
