Thank you for all [your] help.

Thought i will give you an update.

I met with Paul hitchen (CPM) & the construction engineer for pinetree developments( mr randle).

We discussed problems predominantly with Mr Randle the construction engineer.

They are going to be looked into & hopefully solved.

As part of negotiations after our discussions, Mr Randle has agreed to write back in 3-4 days the problems in the flat we have mutually observed, list them & write to me as to what will be done to improve the place.

So we are getting somewhere,... at least on paper though it is actions which will determine the true sincerity.

As for CPM, i am still not sure of what to make of their representative?

He had stock tangential answers which were unfortunately not impressive to me .
He appeared more like a politician than our asset manager.
First impressions could be wrong!
We will have to see how things shape up.
For the moment i have accepted a temporary moratorium on my blog site which i told CPM & Pinetree should only be seen as a beacon/ guideline for improving our lives here at the gallery.

We also discussed about timberframe builds (which was new to me) & fire precautions.. all still a bit grey to me.

I would welcome any help/comments from that angle!!

Thanking all those who supported me once again
