Same ol same old I afraid – I bought a flat in bessacarr in Doncaster in 2006- there have been problems with CPM (now RMG) over creating and reporting of the service charge accounts- The first year was wrong but was amended after querying it – however no credits appeared – The reserve fund was increased dramatically in 2008 without explanation despite several requests – I withheld the difference pending an explanation – now they ve sent in PDC to collect the arrears
